Go to c:\documents and settings\all users
Click on Tools\folder options\view\Uncheck Hide protected Operating system files
Then check Show Hidden files & folders.
Delete the DRM Folder
Restart the machine which will recreate the DRM file
Install \\as04\files\software\overdrive media console
After install, open the Over Drive Console
Go to Tools\Windows Media player security upgrade
If Windows Media has never been used run express settings
Click on upgrade
And now the Deschutes County Library Audio Files should work.
To test this you will need a library card. Library website is www.dpls.lib.or.us
